The Dashboard

The dashboard is the home screen you land on every time you sign in. It's built from widgets that surface what needs your attention so you can act without hunting through menus.

Customizing your dashboard

Your dashboard is made of widgets, self-contained cards that each show one slice of your portfolio. You control which appear and in what order:

  • Reorder widgets by dragging them into the arrangement that suits how you work.
  • Show or hide widgets so the dashboard reflects what you actually care about.

Your layout is saved to your account, so it stays the way you left it next time you log in.

Key widgets at a glance

A few widgets do most of the heavy lifting. Here's what each is telling you:

  • A/R Balance — the total your tenants currently owe. Your at-a-glance "what's outstanding" number.
  • Unit Occupancy — how many units are occupied versus vacant across your portfolio.
  • Expiring Leases — leases approaching their end date, so renewals never sneak up on you.
  • Notices Due — notices (like rent increases) that need to be sent.
  • Pending Expense Distributions — expenses that still need to be allocated.
  • Quick Actions — shortcuts to the things you do most, like creating a lease or recording a payment.

Use it as a daily checklist

Treat the dashboard as your morning to-do list: clear the Notices Due and Expiring Leases widgets, glance at A/R Balance, and you've covered the day's most important property-management tasks at a glance.
