Calendar

The calendar is your single, unified view of what's scheduled: work orders, facility bookings, and events together, so nothing on the timeline takes you by surprise.

What the calendar shows

Rather than checking several screens to see what's coming up, the calendar pulls scheduled items into one timeline. In a single view you'll see:

  • Work orders — maintenance jobs with target dates, so upcoming and overdue work is visible at a glance.
  • Facility bookings — reservations of shared amenities, whether booked by your team or by tenants.
  • Events — other dated items that belong on your operational calendar.

Each item is colour-coded and clickable, so you can jump straight from the calendar to the underlying record.

Using the calendar

Open it from Maintenance → Calendar . From there:

  1. Choose a view. Switch between month, week, and day to zoom from the big picture down to a single day's schedule.
  2. Move through dates. Step forward and back, or jump to today, to plan ahead or review what's passed.
  3. Scan what's scheduled. Read off the work orders, bookings, and events laid out on the timeline.
  4. Open an item. Click any entry to view its full details and act on it.

Why it's useful

Because work orders and facility bookings both surface here, the calendar becomes the one place to spot conflicts and gaps: a booking that overlaps planned maintenance, a quiet week to batch up jobs, or a date that's getting crowded.

One place to see everything scheduled

Make the calendar your morning check-in. It's the single view that shows scheduled maintenance and amenity bookings side by side, so you can plan the day without hopping between screens.
