These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tenant Buddy ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Tenant Buddy provides property management software designed to help Canadian landlords and property managers organize their rental operations. The Service includes features for property tracking, tenant management, invoicing, payment recording, lease management, and financial reporting.
We are continuously improving and updating our Service. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular feature or functionality will remain available or unchanged.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.
Tenant Buddy offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. The specific features available to you depend on your chosen subscription plan. Plan details, pricing, and feature availability are subject to change.
By subscribing to Tenant Buddy, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis according to your billing cycle.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will notify you before charging your payment method for renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
We may offer free trial periods for new users. At the end of the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. Trial eligibility is at our discretion and may be limited to one per user or organization.

By uploading data to Tenant Buddy, you grant us a limited license to use, store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not share, sell, or use your data for any other purpose except as described in our Privacy Policy or with your explicit consent.
While we perform regular backups of our systems, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. We are not liable for any loss of data due to system failures, security breaches, or other circumstances.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable privacy laws (including PIPEDA and provincial privacy legislation) when collecting and managing tenant information through Tenant Buddy. You must obtain necessary consents and provide required privacy notices to your tenants.
The Service, including all software, text, graphics, logos, images, and other content, is owned by Tenant Buddy Inc and protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. This license does not include any right to resell, redistribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
